This means that she’s in the top 10 brokers in Queensland completing loans with Choice and is one of the only females to have achieved this status 5 years in a row.

Shenelle comes to us with over 15 years of experience in administration and customer service. She is a dedicated team player and is also highly proficient in accounting and payroll as well as multiple computer applications. Her positive nature and outgoing personality will ensure all your interactions with Best Home Loans are pleasant and stress free. Shenelle hails from New Zealand but has been living in Townsville for over 8 years now. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, fishing and rugby league (go Warriors!).
Paraplanner for Best Wealth CreationLaura joined the Financial Planning Industry in 2008, starting as a Paraplanner.
Since then, Laura has obtained a Certificate III in Business and a Diploma of Financial Planning. Working alongside Jemmy and the team at Best Home Loans and Best Wealth Creation to help tailor sustainable and effective financial plans for our clients.
Laura is a hard worker with an exceptional knowledge across a diverse range of financial products and services. She goes above and beyond to assist clients with their ongoing portfolio management. Laura also has excellent verbal and communication skills which has helped her grow during the last few years within the Financial Planning industry.
Meg began her administrative career as a member of the Communications branch of the RAN. She spent time as a website maintainer, I.T Instructor and Systems Administrator amongst other duties. Meg’s favourite aspect of working in reception is customer service. She is friendly and approachable and loves to help people. Meg has a Cert IV in business and a Cert IV in I.T. Outside of work, her passions are music and animals.
